Dr. Oz on "ENRICHED" Wheat Flour


I learned from Dr. Oz on Oprah that "ENRICHED" flour is when they REMOVE most of the natural vitamins, minerals, and fiber in the milling process. They then add some vitamins and minerals back in to give it some kind of "Nutritional Value."
This process prolongs shelf life, adds color and texture. (PRESERVATIVE)

**Try freezing the bread or putting it in the refrigerator for longer shelf life?
It needs to say, 100% WHOLE WHEAT or the baked item has enriched flour in it.
