Drinking Lemon Water vs. Coffee in the morning??

I have been doing a ton of research on drinking lemon water in the morning rather than a cup of coffee. I really like it. All the research I have read says it has MANY health benefits including aiding in weight loss!! (((( SOLD!! :)
P.s. Don't leave the lemons in the water especially if they are not organic. What is on the skin can seep into your water.
